Meet the Team

Jennifer Slane
Director

Jennifer has worked as a home-based child minder and has experience with children in deprived areas. Many of the children cared for were referred from social services and presented with Special Educational Needs. During this period, she studied at Kingston university to obtain her Early Years Degree and moved on to teaching as an Early Years practitioner in a PVI nursery school where she held different roles that include lead practitioner, Special Educational Needs coordinator, wellbeing lead, before moving on to the lead practitioner in a newly developed pre-nursery programme.

Juliette Raymondeau
Director

After studying in La Rochelle and Bordeaux in France and obtaining a degree in Biology, Juliette moved to the UK and started working in education. For the last ten years, she has been gaining experience in several settings, as well as further teaching qualifications and she has become a true Early Years passionate. She has enjoyed expanding her knowledge and practice, from teaching in the classroom to becoming more involved in the school life and its smooth running. From Health & Safety Coordinator, to Deputy Safeguarding lead, to IT & GDPR lead, Juliette has developed many skills especially in IT creating websites and social media campaigns. Furthermore, she has become accomplished and confident in developing policies, assessment documents and curricula becoming Product and Delivery manager in the Early Years sector.
