Introducing Little Prodigies’ Baby & Toddler Classes: A Well-Rounded Pre-Nursery Experience in the heart of Notting Hill

At Little Prodigies, our aim is to create a nurturing and high-quality nursery-structured environment for infants aged 6 to 24 + months. Our unique approach revolves around engaging topic-based activities that strike the perfect balance between child-led and adult-led experiences. The presence of the parent or carer on-site during the sessions ensures everyone gets the most out of the classes. We take pride in offering an alternative to the traditional "stay and play" sessions by providing a holistic development experience focusing on all the areas of development to prepare the children for the transition to Nursery.

We understand the crucial importance of early childhood development and its role in shaping a child's future. Hence, our curriculum is designed to broaden their horizons across a range of topics while cherishing their individuality. Our highly skilled and empathetic team of Early Years educators are passionate about fostering an environment where your little ones can thrive.

One key feature of our Developmental Classes is the incorporation of topic activities. Each week, we delve into a new theme that sparks curiosity and imagination in our young learners. Whether it's exploring the animals of the jungle, diving into the wonders of light, or unveiling the secrets of nature, our tailored lessons provide a multi-faceted approach to learning. By immersing themselves in these topics, children not only enhance their knowledge but also develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and creativity.

Furthermore, our approach strikes a measured balance between child-led and adult-led experiences. We believe in empowering children to take the lead in their learning journey, encouraging independence and self-expression. Through child-led activities, Little Prodigies creates an environment where children can freely explore and interact with their surroundings, nurturing their natural curiosity and fostering a sense of autonomy.

At the same time, our dedicated team of educators brings valuable expertise to the table. We guide children through carefully designed adult-led experiences, where we introduce new concepts, facilitate learning opportunities, and provide age-appropriate challenges. This balanced approach ensures that children benefit from both structured guidance and the freedom to explore, maximising their overall growth and development.

Little Prodigies strives to provide an enriching experience that touches upon multiple facets of learning. While sensory play and music undoubtedly play an integral role in our programme, we believe in exposing babies and toddlers to a wider range of educational touchpoints. From fine motor skills to social interaction, language development to cognitive stimulation, our classes offer a rainbow of activities that cater to the multifaceted nature of early childhood learning.

What a unique opportunity for our baby boy since he was 6 months -old and couldn’t even stay up on his own. Miss Juliette and Miss Jen are an incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and loving. The activities vary each session and are so precious. Our little boy is now 13 months and gets so excited and joyful watching weekly videos where Miss Jen reads a story and sings songs that are now the soundtrack of such a priceless experience.
