 Scheduling:

 When you schedule an appointment by booking on this website, we collect personal information from you to complete the booking. We may collect information like your:

-Details relating to your appointment (for example, who referred you)

 We share this information with Squarespace and Calendly, our scheduling service providers, so that they can provide online booking services to us.

Photo Permission:

As part of the Little Prodigies sign up process, we will ask whether we can take, and use, photos of your child in our Sessions for either internal or external purposes. If you select ‘no’ for both, Little Prodigies will never store or use any photos in which your child is clearly recognisable. If there is any photo in which your child is visible, we will ensure to blur/block their face so that they cannot be identified.

If you agree to our internal photo permission you therefore give Little Prodigies the right to take and store photographs of your child on the Little Prodigies system. These photographs will only be viewed by Little Prodigies employees and official Little Prodigies affiliates, and will never be shared externally or to any third parties apart from Tapestry our online learning journey. Little Prodigies will record and store all observations and assessments relating to each child. Tapestry is a safe and secure system and one that enables parents and carers to access their child’s learning journey at any time. They can share it with their child, family and friends at home and also post any comments and photographs of their own, helping to create a fully holistic view of the child and strengthen the parent partnership.

If you agree to our external photo permission you therefore give Little Prodigies the right to use any photograph of your child in one of our Sessions for any promotional and marketing content. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, videos, posters, leaflets and displays at our venue. We reserve the right to re-use these photos as many times as we see fit.

Third Party Photographs

Little Prodigies’ photo policy is that you are able to take photos of your child in a Session, however no other participant in any capacity. Little Prodigies reserves the right to prohibit you from taking photographs in our Sessions if there is evidence that other participants have featured in your photographs without the prior consent of their carer. Little Prodigies is NOT responsible if your child features in a photograph taken by a third party, and it is the responsibility of yourself and the photographer in question to negotiate this. However Little Prodigies will endeavour to facilitate this discussion where possible.

Using Personal Information

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers. Your information is securely stored.
